1. About SLEducation

SLEducation is operated by Michelle Tyson, Autism and Social Communication Specialist, a company registered in the Macau Special Administrative Region. By booking a session or purchasing a resource from SLEducation you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

SLEducation offers personalised 1:1 online sessions, digital resources, and online courses covering social communication and life skills. SLEducation is an educational service and is not a substitute for clinical therapy or medical intervention.

3. Eligibility

Sessions are available to individuals aged 13 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to book.

4. Booking

Initial consultations are booked via Calendly. Subsequent sessions are arranged directly following the consultation. A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. SLEducation reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of that session from the client's package. No refund or replacement session will be provided.
  • If SLEducation needs to cancel a session for any reason, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost to the client.

6. Payment

Payment is accepted in GBP, USD, and HKD via bank transfer or PayPal. Full payment is required before sessions begin. Pricing information is provided following the free consultation. Prices are subject to change. Any changes to pricing will not affect packages already purchased.

7. Digital Resources

Digital resources are non-refundable once downloaded. Resources may be shared with the intended individual client or student for personal use, but may not be distributed, reproduced, or shared with other professionals or institutions without the written permission of SLEducation. 8. Results

SLEducation cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Progress depends on the individual's commitment, consistency, and a range of personal factors outside of SLEducation's control.

9. Intellectual Property

All SLEducation session materials, resources, and content are the intellectual property of Michelle Tyson and SLEducation. They may not be reproduced, shared with third parties, or distributed without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

SLEducation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its services or resources. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service or resource.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region. SLEducation is a company registered in Macau. For clients based in Hong Kong, local consumer protection laws under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) may also apply. For any legal queries please contact info@sleducation.co.uk.
